Who are we

Law Quest GmbH, Uetikon am See, operates the platform at www.FairDivorce123.ch.

Dr. Johann Martin Allemann, Uetikon am See, specialist lawyer SAV Family Law, developed the concept.

Toweb GmbH, software company in Zurich, realized the project with several employees from development to implementation.

René Hänggi, Volketswil, actuary, created the calculation module for capitalization and annuitization in matrimonial property law and pension equalization.

Prime Tax AG, Zurich, with Stefanie Gugger, certified tax expert, and Patrick Scherrer, certified tax expert, as well as Bernhard Kündig, tax consultant, trustee and former head of the Dübendorf tax administration, checked and supplemented the information documents for taxation.

Why a platform?

Clients gave Dr. Allemann the idea of developing an easy-to-use platform for separation and divorce. It should simplify the procedure and reduce costs.

The platform is intended for private persons as well as for professionals (lawyers, mediators, courts and counseling centers).

The goal is a solution that meets high professional standards.

Development

The development and implementation took several years and considerable investment.

The reason was that in the end the use should be as simple as possible, but the quality had to meet the same high standards as in the lawyer's practice.

This resulted in a solution with complex calculations. It covers child support, maintenance, taxes, matrimonial property rights and pension equalization. As a result, it provides users with a customizable separation and divorce agreement.

Philosophy

Separation and divorce are life-shaping, difficult processes.

If this cannot be avoided, we are convinced that it should not result in additional unnecessary injuries and costs.

With this platform, we would like to support those affected in finding a fair solution that is in line with the law and case law.
